SERVICE CHARGES - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
SERVICE TYPE REQUIRED
ADDITIONAL CALL OUT CHARGE BASED ON ZONE

ADD CALLOUT CHARGE IF ONSITE

ZONE 1 - Metro 25km Radius $70 EX GST
   
ZONE 2 - Outer Metro 50km radius $100 EX GST
   
ZONE 3 - Regional 75km radius $POA EX GST
   

Additional to the service charge.
Parking Fees may result in an additional charge at cost
Radius based on PPC office location.

SERVICE CHARGES
HOURLY WORK RATE @ $140/Hour EX GST
Minimum 1 hour + 30 min increments

Service Booking Conditions
Printers sent in for testing without a ribbon
will attract a charge for one ribbon.

  • Jobs will be completed without consultation if the total service and hardware cost is < $250 unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotes (requiring equipment inspection) unless notified in advance
    will be charged at $140 (+call out if onsite) if job does not proceed.
  • Estimates can be provided free of charge based on accurate fault description and sample cards.
  • PPC is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging, please use original package.
  • If you do not have the original packaging, PPC can supply this to you. Please contact your nearest PPC office for more details
  • PPC reserve the right to repack goods in suitable boxes and charge a $150 deposit, refundable on box return.
  • PPC will not be responsible for damage during transit in any direction.
  • Consumables used during repair will be charged at cost (typically $30 Ex GST).
  • The customer is responsible for freight both ways on machines that are out of warranty.
  • Jobs must be cancelled 8 hours prior to technicians arrival or full call out fee will be charged.

By forwarding this email onto our service department you are agreeing to the pricing schedule as outlined above and understand that insurance on shipments is the responsibility of the sender (even if arranged by PPC on PPC's account).
Incorrect or poor packaging may void warranty.
Payment terms are net 7 days from invoice.
